Pousada ao Pôr do Sol offers seven well-appointed, individually decorated suites, as well as a sunny, pool area with impressive views. The pousada is named after the sunset, and once you’ve enjoyed a caipirinha and watched the sun sink into the bay from the pool deck, you’ll understand why. Once the sun goes down, Rua das Pedras is only a 10-minute walk away, so you’re not far from the vibrant restaurants and bars that Búzios is known for.

All rooms feature large double beds with premium bedding, large windows to let in plenty of light and breeze. They also have cable TV, air-conditioning and minibar. Several rooms have spacious patios or balconies with water views. Being up so high means it’s a bit of a hike to get up to the pousada, but the sweeping views and fresh sea breezes are your reward.
