Aroma do Mar is a design hotel located in Centro, less than a 15-minute walk from Rua das Pedras, the main street of Búzios, where you’ll find the best bars, restaurants and boutique shopping.

This pousada’s high vantage point means it offers glimpses across the bay. The sunny pool area has a large shaded cabana, where you can curl up with a book or a fruity cocktail. Some days you’ll find yoga classes happening by the pool. A sumptuous buffet breakfast is served each day in the dining room, which offers floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the inspiring views across the peninsula.

There are five room types on offer: the standard double, the luxury double, triple and quadruple rooms and the suite. All rooms come with air-conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, in-room safe and private bathrooms with hair dryers. The suite offers a private jacuzzi. The décor throughout all rooms are fresh and modern, with splashes of bright colour. All have large windows to let in the sunshine and the sea breeze, some have private balconies.
