Casa Colonial Paraty offers elegant 8 rooms in total, located across two beautifully renovated 18th century houses in the historic centre of Paraty. The two properties are located less than 100m from one another.

All rooms are air-conditioned, with whitewashed walls, polished hardwood floors and paintings from local artists. Every room has cable TV (with channels in English and Portuguese), minibar and premium cotton bedding. Also, towels, dressing gowns and beach bags are provided for guests during their stay.

Casa do Simon

This updated merchant’s house offers five bright and breezy double rooms, each with private en-suites. The property features a stone-walled garden, an inviting outdoor swimming pool and a spacious guest lounge room. To maintain the pousada’s calm, peaceful environment, children under 12 are only accepted if you are booking the entire house.

This stylish, exclusive property offers three rooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom. Guests can relax with a book or listen to music in the spacious guest lounge room, which has high ceilings and glass doors opening out into a cosy courtyard garden with its own plunge pool. Children of all ages are welcome here.
