Room Details

Casas Brancas is nestled within Búzios‘ most privileged neighbourhood, gently cascading down the hills that overlook the sparkling Armação Bay.

When it first opened in 1974, Casas Brancas only had four rooms, and Búzios was just a simple fishing village. Today this grand boutique hotel offers 34 individually decorated rooms, along with a gym, a wellness spa offering therapeutic and relaxation treatments. There’s a sunny Mediterranean style deck with a swimming pool, where you’ll find free yoga classes some mornings. There’s even a fine dining restaurant and room service too. In short, you’ll don’t need to leave the hotel to have a truly memorable stay.

Inside the rooms and suites at Casas Brancas, Búzios

Rooms range from standard and classic rooms through to junior and master suites and their newest space, The Loft, which offers its own private elevator, a roomy verandah with sunset views and its own fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for entertaining. The Suite boasts a narrow indoor pool and a private balcony – total luxury.

Most rooms offer bay views and outdoor spaces to enjoy. All rooms are individually decorated in soft, light colour schemes, white walls and modern furnishings, with large windows to let in the sunshine.

If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, you can request special experiences during your stay. Try a tasting menu in the restaurant or a couples massage in the spa. You can also enjoy a bouquet of roses or a basket of fresh fruit in your room.

Fine dining at 74 Restaurant

Be sure to reserve a table at 74 Restaurant – a serene, waterside dining experience which is open for both lunch and dinner. Striking bay views are perfectly matched with sophisticated European cuisine with Asian influences, made with local ingredients. Expect al fresco dining, freshly baked bread and unique, upscale dishes, like grilled shrimps with sugarcane molasses or lemongrass ice-cream with raspberry foam and thyme brûlée. The restaurant only accepts children over five years of age, which helps maintain a tranquil vibe.

In low season (Mar to mid-Dec) Junior Standard rooms begin at R$900, Master Suites at R$2,234 per night. During high season (mid-Dec to March) Junior Standard rooms begin at R$1,312, Master Suites at R$3,066 per night.
