Estalagem Camburi is an elegant guesthouse, located in a lush, tranquil neighbourhood. It’s just a 10-minute drive from the golden sands and lush mountains of Camburizinho beach, on the São Sebastião coast.

With spacious, light-filled communal spaces, including verdant gardens and an outdoor swimming pool, this property feels like a real quiet retreat. The living room features stylish timber furniture, comfortable sofas and a large dining table. Upstairs, there’s another living space with a balcony overlooking the forest. The pool area is ideal for relaxing, with a daybed, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.

Tucked away on a dirt road, the guesthouse feels far from the shops and buzz of nearby Praia de Boiçucanga, so we definitely recommend driving if you’re planning to stay here. Breakfast is not provided, however guests are free to use the kitchen to prepare their own food, which some may prefer.

The property features nine suites in total, each with four-poster beds, air conditioning, fans and en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs suites feature their own balconies overlooking the forest.

For larger groups, there is a family suite which sleeps up to five people. Alternatively, there is a deluxe apartment, which sleeps up to four people and comes with its own private kitchen. The deluxe suite features a private timber hot tub.

Estalagem Camburi offers 9 romantic suites, all with sumptuous queen-size beds with canopy and air-conditioning. Double suites with a verandah start at R$540 per night, Deluxe Suites from R$680 – 2 night minimum stay.
