Room Details

With its striking clocktower made from bricks shipped over from England, Fasano Hotel offers 60 stylish rooms set amid sumptuous surroundings in São Paulo‘s premier neighbourhood, Jardins.

Inside the hotel

With its art-deco style and 5-star service, Hotel Fasano is just a short stroll from the vibrant, swanky stores of Oscar Freire street. The hotel’s indoor pool is on the 21st floor of the hotel, offering sweeping views across the city. There’s a fitness centre with personal trainers available, as well as a spa with five massage rooms, offering a range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments.

Inside the rooms

Fasano offers a range of rooms, from superior through to one and two bedroom suites. All are well appointed and spacious, boasting king size beds, 300-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down pillows. Scrub up in white marble bathrooms, enjoy a soak in the bathtub, take in the views across the skyline. All rooms offer modern conveniences, like cable TV, workstations with multiple dedicated phone lines, as well as Chromecast and iPhone docks.

Decor is understated and elegant – timber and leather are teamed beautifully with glass and marble; parquetry floors, Persian rugs and soft lighting all add a touch of class.

Wining and dining

Fasano has a proud family history which traces back to Italy, so it’s no surprise that this heritage is reflected in the cuisine of the hotel’s two restaurants. The Michelin-starred Fasano Restaurant plates upscale Italian creations, like Stracotto d’Angelo (Italian pot roast), within its elegant dining hall, reminiscent of 1940s New York. Meanwhile upstairs in Nonno Ruggero, rustic Italian dishes are whipped up in a more relaxed setting. Nonno Ruggero is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a leafy outdoor terrace. The salad and antipasto buffet is a great option for lunch.

Baretto, the hotel’s bar, offers top-shelf spirits, wines and cocktails in sumptuous surrounds. Once deemed the world’s number one bar by Wallpaper Magazine, this swanky, intimate watering hole is known for its live music. Baretto has played host to some of Brazil’s finest musicians, including Caetano Veloso and Maria Rita. Expect low lighting, comfortable sofas and stylish timber details.

Rates vary due to seasons and availability, but start at R$1570 per night.
